Having just exited the very posh cinema screen showing the sequel to Blade Runner, starring Ryan Gosling and Harrison Ford, did this make me want to do a runner? There will be another video discussing the story etc posted soon…
I’ve been missing….
Aside from a lack of contact over September, except for pictures of the front room being redone and a couple of livestreams last week, I’ve still not gotten around to doing the mini-mehs yet, of which a great many of them remain to be done.
Which will not help as October promises to bring quite a number of good things our way and why the devil shouldn’t I do my jolly least to meh about some of it?
This weekend I will be livestreaming for sure with new games and old, and then hopefully setting up a schedule for new stuff when I can.
Sorry for being missing all this time folks but hopefully it will get better as time goes on. This is only a brief message and I will try to do more details over the coming days.
Also….. I really need to stop watching the news….. Makes Keeping up with the Kardashians look like Downton abbey…… #fakelife

Where am I? – A quick update
Hello there campers, as you may or may not know, I’m going to be busy through most of September doing various naughty things involving paint and trips to IKEA.
Because I’m middle-aged basically. Dear god, I will be turning 35 soon…. I’m already dead inside and it’s only a matter of time before the body fails too…. (cries in a corner)
That means of course that a decent amount of content that I tend to make when I can be arsed, like livestreams etc. will be on the back-burner for a fair bit. Hopefully though the mini meh reviews will still be completed and we’ve got a good number of those due over September including;
21st and 22nd September, I return to Birmingham for more fun at the EGX Expo, to see what new gaming goodness is present and to spend far too much money on even more geek tat. Woo. So expect badly put together YouTube videos on that front!
I still have thoughts about changes and other content to do and a potential rebrand type thing as well, but that will come much later, due to my laziness more than anything I suspect. So there you are dear readers, hopefully I will be haunting you again soon with more bad videos and awful Photoshop images! BYE!
American Made Aftermath
In the second of this week’s random preview screenings, I watch the frankly baffling and wtf that is American Made. Starring Tom Cruise as Barry Seal, it shows how a pilot goes to be embroiled in drugs, guns and money laundering. All secretly for various US government agencies! So was this well made or would it just fall apart?
Logan Lucky Aftermath
Another Aftermath video, and this time from the UK premiere of Logan Lucky, starring Channing Tatum and Adam Driver along with Daniel Craig as a prisoner / bomb expert. It’s a heist film but did it steal my attention or just my time?
A mini meh about….. Atomic Blonde
You will never get this image out of your head….
Thankfully, for this latest mini meh about another cinematic event, we leave behind the 1940s now and head to another period of history, the end of the 1980s and Germany. Atomic Blonde is a comic book adaptation of “The Coldest City”, which I have to confess, I’ve never heard of. Not a real shock there, pretty much everything I know about comic stuff is from the big screen these days and the odd video game here and there.
So let’s set the scene; The film takes place towards the end of the Cold War and the fall of the Berlin Wall. However we begin matters with a lovely chase scene and a brutal killing with a car between spies, and the bad Russian dude who ran the British bloke over and shot him, then takes the guy’s watch.
