It’s a very unusual livestream this time campers, with the full release finally of Dead Cells, a roguelike platformer thingy where you die over and over again to make progress in the game, picking up upgrades as you go.

Not only was this a fact finding mission about what the game was like in its final state, this time, Twitch Integration was turned on and lo and behold, our friend Kackhase was on hand to become “Captain Chicken” who would either help or hinder me in my epic quest of epicness.

Seriously, someone in Twitch chat can appear as a chicken which can then heal you when they feel like it. It’s rare for me to do anything like this, and became what was just a great game into a damned excellent time for all to enjoy.

Dead Cells I had no trouble recommending and from this livestream, it won’t be hard to see why. Even with my bad dodging.
